5 Knots Metung has a strict 'No Party Policy'(This includes but is not limited to ANY TYPE OF GROUP, SCHOOLIES, HENS, BUCKS PARTIES OR ANY OTHER EVENT).
During your stay, please remain aware of other guests, owner occupiers and permanent residents staying around you and the effect of excessive noise and disruption.
Management and/or Security has the right to evict guests that do not comply and no refund will be given.

Wireless unlimited internet is available. The service provided is complimentary.
To connect, turn on wifi, and click on guest wifi. No password is required.

Car parking is complimentary and allocated. We ask that you park completely within the bay specified.

If you encounter any faulty equipment during your stay we would appreciate you advising our reservation team. This would allow us to rectify the problem promptly thereby avoiding disappointing other guests. If for some reason you are dissatisfied about equipment or services within the apartment please do not hesitate to inform us. This feedback allows us to constantly improve our services.

All Apartments are fully self-contained and includes all linen and bath towels and equipped with a starter pack of amenities and detergents.
Once these supplies are depleted it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish.
A complimentary service including linen change is provided once during any stays of 7 or more nights.
Should you require such a service or any additional housekeeping, this can be organised through Reception for an additional fee.
(Services are not provided on public holidays)

Guests are reminded that under NO circumstances are animals permitted on the premises. Failure to comply will lead to immediate eviction.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments (including balconies). If smoking is evident in your room/apartment, a minimum $200 fee will be charged.

Please ensure that the apartment is left in a clean condition.
Ensuring the heating/air conditioner(s) are turned off, and windows & doors are closed/locked on your departure.
Please ensure the kitchen is left clean and tidy & that dishes are loaded into the dishwasher, if available, and switched on.
Please leave used towels in the bathroom.

We conveniently have rubbish bins within the car park for rubbish removal on departure.

The Housekeeping Department retains lost property for a period of one month. Should you need to trace lost items please contact Reception. It is the responsibility of the guest to request items to be returned and postage will be charged accordingly.
